About Me
Paula Sugawara has lived in Japan for almost 16 years and has spent 13 of those working as an equity analyst in investment research at both Japanese and US investment banks. During this time she has analyzed a range of industries including shipbuilders, machinery, oil and gas producers, pharmaceutical and electric power companies. Paula is keen to use her experience here to help coaching clients who might have career issues they need to resolve.
In addition, as a woman working in the finance industry, the wife of a Japanese national and a working mother with two young children, Paula is in a good position to help people with issues in these areas.
